MPE was engaged by PT Arutmin Indonesia to conduct a condition audit of the DMP (Dense Medium Plant) coal processing and coal barge loading assets at the remote Senakin site in East Kalimantan. This audit provides PT Arutmin with a detailed assessment of the condition of the equipment and advice for continued maintenance and improvement to ensure maximum asset utilisation.

This most recent audit is the latest engagement in a 13 year long relationship that MPE has maintained with PT Arutmin.

The reports from the audits which are conducted at least annually are used as a basis for the mine owner and contract operator to assess the condition of the assets and plan appropriate maintenance.

In the harsh working conditions of the Indonesian jungle a comprehensive maintenance programme is essential and MPE continues to work with PT Arutmin to achieve continued improvements in asset reliability and condition.
